Probably the best source for this is the site from the Trimbos institute who collect and publish info on drugs being the national knowledge institute for mental health care, addiction care & social work http://www.trimbos.nl/onderwerpen/alcohol-en-drugs but the info produced in the English version is a fraction of what there is in Dutch. On the Dutch language pages then if you click the categories then on the left there is a link to “Feiten cijfers en trends” which means fact, figures and trends and in the reports there is an abundance of data there. You could try using Google translate to get the meaning.
