SUBOXONE is the first opioid medication approved under DATA 2000 for the treatment of opioid dependence in an office-based setting. SUBOXONE also can be dispensed for take-home use, just as any other medicine for other medical conditions.
The primary active ingredient in SUBOXONE is buprenorphine.
Because buprenorphine is a partial opioid agonist, its opioid effects are limited compared with those produced by full opioid agonists, such as oxycodone or heroin. SUBOXONE also contains naloxone, an opioid antagonist.
The naloxone in SUBOXONE is there to discourage people from dissolving the tablet and injecting it. When SUBOXONE is placed under the tongue, as directed, very little naloxone reaches the bloodstream, so what the patient feels are the effects of the buprenorphine. However, if naloxone is injected, it can cause that person to quickly go into withdrawal.
SUBOXONE at the appropriate dose may be used to:
    Suppress symptoms of opioid withdrawal
    Decrease cravings for opioids
    Reduce illicit opioid use
Block the effects of other opioids
    Help patients stay in treatment

the drug is called Suboxone. I am on this and it is a wonderful drug for those that truly want to kick their opiate addicition. you can go towww. turntohelp.com or http://www.suboxone.com and it will show you doctors in your area that are able to prescribe this. This medication is very strong and if taken with opiates could be fatal.

i know a cheaper, more effective all-natural supplement that will cure you faster. A lady my supplier sells to had a daughter on several bad drugs, the girl’s mom slipped a tiny amount of the liquid supplement into her food/drink. The girl wasn’t even trying to quit but after a while of reducing her intake, she quit in less than 2 months on it. cold turkey. I was very impressed because she even quit smoking and that is one of the hardest to quit. email me for more info, i buy a different supplement for my depression that works wonders, and I’m not sure what the one for addictions is called but I’ll get it for you if you contact me.
