I was in a car accident a couple of years ago and my shoulder has cracked every time i use it from then on. I have difficulty doing everyday activities such as strapping my bra or opening a cabinet. Can anyone give me any suggestions? I have taken several x-rays and one MRI but have not received any news from my doctor.
I did not receive a diagnosis but i went to physical therapy twice for a couple months at a time each and i believe it only got worse.

It is difficult to judge the condition without having more information and seeing actual xrays. So just wait for your doctor’s reply. Did you go for treatment after the accident ? cause I was thinking in the lines of a badly healed bone fracture for example.
