what are the tell tale signs that your lover is using pot or other drug?

Filed in Category Signs of Drug Use In Friends

i’m totally naive about drugs, i haven’t even smoked pot once; and some ppl think that this is unheard of and laugh a bit at me but i don’t mind bc i don’t like it. but on second thought i have noticed someone i am dating has somewhat crazy patterns of behaviour. like once euphoric and then lowdown, or very sexually uninhibited once and then different, irregular thought patterns, being secretive, leaving hints about pot etc.
i hate this; something fishy is going on! it downed on me that it could be due to drug use. are there tell tale signs about pot use? i mean i know is not crack or heroin user; but now i suspect pot and the reason i can’t understand it is my own lack of knowledge!
help!!!!

Why don’t you just ask instead of having to “figure it out”? Tell them you know they are using something (or they have an undiagnosed mental disorder) and you’d appreciate knowing what’s going on and why the varying moods and behavior.

paranoia is usually a good sign. Mood swings as well as irregular sleep patterns. The rollercoasting patterns of behaviou U describe could also be a result of some form of psychological disorder or depression.
