Well if you see them right after they use, you will notice them “nodding out” aka looking like they are about to sleep and waking them selves up. When they are off it you will notice rapid mood changes, edgy and if it is they are on it watch out because they become very untrust worthy.
using heroin causes weight loss, irrability, mood swings & one totally loses focus on life in general for starters…
The most obvious thing is the eyes. The pupils become much smaller than usual. When someone has just had some they can start falling into what looks like a sleep. Their eyes might go up into the back of their head as if really drunk or tired. I know someone who is addicted to morphine. When she’s just had some, she says everything twice everything twice, and quite slowly, whilst holding her cigarette at a strange angle. This might seem meaningless information, but I’m trying to give you a genuine mental image. Regarding your person, we usually know when something’s not right with those close to us. Strange phone calls, going out at odd times, hanging out with different people to before, secretiveness, strange items in their pockets (little paper packets, tin foil, lighters, strange bits and pieces). If they start taking it a lot, you will see them looking quite ill and they will tell you they’ve got the flu, when actually they need some more heroin. You should also call a drug advice helpline because those people are the best equipped to deal with this kind of query. I hope everything turns out alright for you. Get help before it gets out of hand.
