im writing a research paper for my high school english class on teenage drug abuse and wanted some opinions on this from other teens. i’d like to know what your grade is and what u think about using drugs. like if u think it’s okey or not. whatever u have to say about it. oh and also say if u live in america or what country u live in. thanks!

Drugs to me are like any other substance, they’re not bad for you as long as you take them sparingly and don’t abuse them, it’s really the same as with any other substance, too much of it is bad for you. Although I don’t agree with drugs being used in a school environment as they hinder your ability to do well in school, unless they are for medical purposes. I’ve had some drungs before and honestly they are overrated to me, though they can feel good on rare occasions.
Im in 9th grade in The U.S.
I think its stupid personally but most of my friends do it and it gets pretty difficult. But I dont think its okay…but im not one to judge either.
How about someone a bit older that has done some research on the “war on drugs” which is a scarier subject than drugs.
For instance, did you know the USA has more people in prison than the rest of the world combined. Or that the US spends $277.2 million a day on keeping people in jail, or $126 for one person, a day. Multiply that by one year. And that’s besides the billions of dollars a year wasted fighting this stupid war, that they’ve been losing for 33 years. The “war on drugs” is the most counter productive program ever devised.
Did you know more people are killed by the police fighting drugs than die from all illegal drugs combined, and the drugs approved by the FDA kill more than the illegal ones do.
The government is violating the constitution, and they don’t have the power to make laws against drugs, prohibition is a good example.
The US government is the biggest terrorist organization in the world.
And GW Bush is a war criminal, and the collapse of the economy was planned a long time ago. Read “the creature from Jekyll island”, you’ll be amazed. the 911 attacks were not a surprise to the bush administration, first clue, when the CIA came into the classroom where bush was reading,they whispered in his ear, instead of grabbing him and removing him, since we were under attack. That’s their #1 job is to protect him, how did they know a plane wasn’t headed for that school?
