What kind of drugs? Are they addicted to them, or is it just recreational use?
What do they do about the baby? Are they responsible?
I can’t just answer this without those details.
drug use, drug use can put you in jail and wreck your future forever, while pregnancy is only a temporary setback.

it depends on the drug, if your just smoking weed every now and then its not that bad. I have smoked weed on more then one occasion, and no I am not depressed, neither are half the people who do it…..I am not saying I smoke weed, but have before
Teen pregnancy your pretty much f*cked unless your getting an abortion. If you put it up for adoption thats good, buts its going to suck because for 9 months it will ruin your social life and your academic life. If your a teen and your raising….good luck
Also after you have the kid, everyone in school will think ‘oh the pregnant bi*ch”…so yeah it will ruin your reputation to.
………………..but if your seriously into drugs…like poppin vicodins….thats worse

Drug use.
Drug use often leads to having unprotected sex (and pregnancy), but pregnancy doesn’t lead to drug use. (For the record, I am NOT saying that teen pregnancy is good or anything. But neither are drugs.)
It drives me nuts how people are all like, “Oh, drugs are no big deal!” (seriously, look at some of these answers) and then freaking out about teen pregnancy as if it’s the worst thing that could ever happen.

drugs are way worse….im a teenage mother and yeah its hard but it doesnt harm me in any way…and i love it!
Teenage pregnancy because teens have the chance to ruin 2 lives.

I’ve done some of the worst drugs out there, I’ve been a first-hand example of how much they can mess you up.
I was pregnant and miscarried at 16 weeks. Even being pregnant for only 4 months made huge changes in my life. If I had have found out earlier I would have aborted but I didn’t.
Drug use. Society is definitely more accepting of teen moms compared with druggies.

All teens go thru a stage where they experiment on drugs. Not all teens get pregnant. So I’d say the pregnancy, as long as the kids aren’t addicted to the drugs and it’s ruining their life.
Teenage drug use. And I’m not just saying this because I’m about to be a teen mommy. But because I have watched my very close friends battle going through withdrawals, even almost killing themselves. Drugs lead to things like having unprotected sex, using and abusing even more drugs, and even death. I know teenage pregnancy is nothing great, but I couldn’t be happier to be having a baby. I may be young but I will love this baby and care for it. And for me, finding out I was pregnant made me change my life around. I now set my goals higher, because I have that extra push I needed and I want to do better for both my child and I. Drugs do the exact opposite. They drag you down and they get the best of you. I would take having a baby over having a drug addiction any day.
