A little over a year ago i had my first experience with weed. Then i started doing that more and more until i was smoking it everyday. Then during the summer i did DXM twice. Then i tried the big bad…crystal meth. Shortly after i tried ecstasy and then cocaine. ive tried meth at least 10 times but its been 3 months since doing. i used to snort 3 lines before school but then i stopped because i ran out and didn’t have the connection or money. ive always tried xanax bars and ambien. Do i need to go to rehab? i still smoke weed though and cigarettes…

how does the diuretic contribute to the triple whammy drug interaction. I understand how ACEI and NSAID together contribute to decrease glomerular filtration pressure, but why does a diuretic make this situation worse for a hypertensive patient.

Drug Interactions?

I want to take ecstasy for the first time w/ some friends. Go ahead and try to talk me out of it over the internet, if you must.
But what I want know is if it will affect me or not, I take SSRI’s wellbutrin and abilify. I’ve read sometimes E won’t take the desired affect when someone takes SSRI’s, unless someone has gone off the meds for months on end (which isn’t an option). Any advice? Does anyone have experience w/ this?
Darvocet and Alcohol concern?

I have been prescribed Propoxyphen-Apap 100-650 MGTEV (substitute for Darvocet) for slipped discs in my back. I’m also a wine drinker. I drink 1 – 2 glasses of red wine at the end of my day. I have been drinking wine for decades. Now I’m finding that this drug and my habit may kill me. I’m not suicidal but also have been skeptical of all the hype about drug abuse. I have taken this drug before with my usual habit many times and I’m still alive.
My real question I suppose is, Everyone is different and some tolerate things better then others. I am not taking this Darvocet every day and some times when lucky a year could go by without any pain med’s at all. I’m athletic and above average health. If I need to take a pain pill and then want to have a glass of wine or 2, am I taking a huge risk. I realize we are all different and someone really could kick it from 1 pill and a sip of beer. I’ve read hours of detailed info about the interactions and the fact that it is very hard on the liver. I guess I don’t want to change my life style that much. Any thoughts? Any other pain meds that won’t kill a habitual wine drinker? I guess I might have to endure the back pain and drink the wine or maybe…AA.
