I'm sorry you're going through this! How awful. Go to a website maybe, and look for signs about heroin users, see if her behaviour is like people who are using? Talk to someone else at work maybe -- in confidence? Someone you can trust not to say anything? Maybe also, you need to just be firm and tell her what you're thinking and ask her to explain herself. If you are close, then she will understand, in the end. She might flip out again, but at least you are showing you care? Good luck!! I dont think that there is a lot that you can do. Maybe meth. BUT its called a 180. If she did a 360 then should have gone all the way back around and is back to how she was originally. 180 means she is has turned around and is going in the opposite direction. I would maybe say, "I've noticed these things about you and concerned." call her out on it because she may not see how it's affecting her life, again. if she doesn't listen, I would steer clear of her and let her decisions run their course. there's not much you can say to an addict.
