My girlfriend is extremely inconsistent with use of the pill…we had sex about a month ago and she has not had her period, just spotty bleeding and has complained about sore nipples. Are these early pregnancy symptoms or just symptoms from erratic pill use?

i had a baby girl. and those are symptoms, she could possibly be pregnant. and spotting is normal. just get a pregnancy test to make sure or take her to the doctor.
Have her take a pregnancy test if you’re that concerned.
Everytime I’ve been pregnant spotting and sore boobs were the dead give away .. I would buy a test. Good luck.
