He’s got new buddies whom I know have been using heroin. I think my friend might now be using heroin too. What are the symptoms of heroin use?

1st..if hes hanging out with new buddies that do heroin, maybe you should stop hanging out with him. Everybody makes their own choices
check his arms for bruises, look for pipes… thats all you can really do.
The signs and symptoms of heroin are: euphoria, impaired mental functioning, slowed down respiration, drowsiness, nausea, and constricted pupils. Keep in mind, though, that if your friend has had a heroin overdose, it may lead to these: pinpoint pupils, shallow breathing, clammy skin, convulsions, and even a coma.
If you find that the aforementioned symptoms are present in your friend, I suggest that you confront him and try to make him see that turning to drugs won’t do him any good.
I hear they inject themselves through the soles of their feet and sometimes even in between their fingers. Basically anywhere that can be hidden. Armpits are a possibility too.
face him directly
