Of course he is high if he's not an addict. Sub even makes some addicts high, and it is more than 50 times stronger than morphine. What makes it so bad is it's long half life. The drug remains active for several days, as opposed to just hours from a short acting opiate like heroin, oxycontin, or Vicoden. What you described sounds more like <a href="http://www.symptomsofdruguse.com/drug-withdarawl-symptoms/">withdrawl</a> though. Usually people are happy and mellow when high on opiates. What you described sounds more like withdrawl though. Usually people are happy and mellow when high on opiates.
