I think my friend is getting high of suboxone….would someone please tell me the signs that someone is high on it, like how it typically makes them act? He was doing some really weird stuff last night and being very short with me and disrespectful of my home.
What does this drug do if someone is taking it to get high and they were not taking any pain pills, heroin, etc…prior.to taking suboxone?

People who take suboxone just to get high with no addiction are setting themselves up for a really bad fall. Of course he is high if he’s not an addict. Sub even makes some addicts high, and it is more than 50 times stronger than morphine. What makes it so bad is it’s long half life. The drug remains active for several days, as opposed to just hours from a short acting opiate like heroin, oxycontin, or Vicoden.
What you described sounds more like withdrawl though. Usually people are happy and mellow when high on opiates.
