Dilation of pupils, profuse sweating, vomiting, an inability to stay focused on anything or hold a conversation. An individual may fall asleep during an activity such as eating, talking on the phone, or taking a bath.
Slurred tone of voice that sounds similar to that of a drunk person. Inability to stand and walk around normally. This behavior can mimic and is similar to someone that is drunk.
This person may also stop eating and weight loss may become something that you notice.
A person’s lymph nodes may also appear to be swollen. There may be several reasons for this such as: infection, vomitting, sickness, and general malaise.
A person’s behavior usually becomes withdrawn from normal activities and this person may act depressed.
All of these may be symptoms, but confront the individual first. Never assume anything. If your friend is using, get them help immediately.
Remember, anyone can walk away, but a friend will stick it through..
Signs of heroin use include a constricted, non-reactive pupil; muscle relaxation (droopy eyelids, slurred speech, a slow gait); a decrease in pulse, reflexes, blood pressure, and respiration rate; and fresh needle marks. Heroin use drives out the neurotransmitter endorphin; when this happens and heroin isn’t used, withdrawal symptoms set in, those include insomnia, muscle ache, nausea, chills, sweating, goose flesh, vomiting and diarrhoea.
Being suddenly secret about where they have been or doing
Jumpyness is one of the signs. The person will want to go go. Once they get and do it, if they shoot up they will nod off right away, then after a while go throw up. If they snort it they will be hyper then nod. Look for signs of needle marks, or cut up straws around the house. A good indication is the bags under the eyes and the withdrawn look. Some people sweat heavily too.
well..at first people tend to seem really happy after starting..after they get addicted..and have to resort to doing stuff just to get the next chance to do the drug, is when it gets bad..and health problems usually don’t effect people early off
