George W. Bush’s stupidity was the result of too much recreational drug use. He was born with brains, but he fried them in college when he did too many drugs.
How about Bush’s policies? He spent $3 trillion in Iraq and cut taxes for the rich by $1 trillion without cutting spending. Instead, he just let us go deep in debt for those decisions. He made choices like a drunken moron with a stolen credit card.
