i know it messes up your nose and such like but can serious abuse completely change your physical appearance like people on heroine and meth.

Aside from nosebleeds, chapped/dry nose, damaged mucous membranes, and damage to nasal cavities, weight loss from loss of appetite, insomnia which can make you look like crap…. stimulant psychosis is the cause of “meth face” or “heroin skin”, which heavy cocaine users can develop as well. A common manifestation of stimulant psychosis is delusional parasitosis, where users are convinced there are bugs under their skin and try and pick them out. I guess paranoia, anxiety and hyperactivity can make you appear different as well.
Long story short, yes.
yeah, you start to lose weight. cocaine is really really bad even though nowadays people dont really see it that way but it messes you up completely
