He apparently did not as he does not do well without prompt cards. It is my understanding that cocaine will do this to cokeheads, and do they really ever get off it, well, I think not.

Sorry, but I don’t know if he received treatment/rehab or not. But it really scares me that a potential president of the USA used to be addicted to cocaine. How amusing.

I worked for 5 yrs. as a substance abuse counselor. If you seek treatment for cocaine abuse, you'd better get drunk prior to admission as cocaine does not have any harmful withdrawal symptoms and so, is not cause for detoxification. The withdrawal from cocaine mimics clinical depression. And just so you know, withdrawal from alcohol can lead to seizures and death. I don't think Bush ever sought treatment either.
