I had a dream that was like the symptoms I have heard you feel when you are on LSD. Things were melting around me, the ground seemed to be “breathing” Someones face turned cone shaped. I was scared in my dream and woke up frightened. I experinced some panic attacks in the last few months that happen when I woke out of a dead sleep, I wonder if I have had this dream in the past and didnt remember it and woke up terrified and caused me to have a panic attack?

I hate that.
Or when you have a repeitive dream that you remember having a looooooong time ago but it just popped back in from out of nowhere?!
Yesh I hate those
Most scary or anxiety-casuing dreams occur when somebody is panicy about something.
This usually happens with things like -
waiting for somebody to accept an important document
trying to get taxes in time
you daughter is ill
etc.
When I talk to people about my dreams, like with a loved and truested one
they usually go away….
You’re probably worried about something.
